AWARDS FROM JOHN DEERE

with John Deere dealerships in
Crawfordsville, Rockville, and
Williamsport, is pleased to
announce that three of their
employees received special
recognition from John Deere.
Brad Craycraft
earned an Advanced Parts Sales
Representative Plaque.
Jeff Ponder
earned his MASTER Parts &
Service Sales Representative
leather jacket.
Jay Byers
earned his MASTER Service
Technician leather jacket.
With the development of new
technology and high-performance
systems for John Deere
equipment, it is critically
important that customers receive
exceptional service from highly
trained product experts,
technicians, and aftermarket
support personnel.
Wright
Implement Company, Inc.
participates in a in a
comprehensive training program
with John Deere to help their
employees reach certain
standards of expertise.
Recently, Brad, Jeff, and Jay
achieved their Advanced / MASTER
level recognition respectively.
This level of achievement was
accomplished by completing
extensive training in the John
Deere University program.
Brad received a special plaque
of recognition to honor his
accomplishment.
Jeff and Jay received customer
designed and made leather
jackets for their
accomplishments.
John Deere University credits
are earned in various categories
to ensure expertise in the
sales, service, or parts
departments of John Deere
dealerships.
The
structure for this recognition
is similar to achieving credit
hours in a university.
This ongoing training program is
just one of the tools used by
Wright Implement Company, Inc.
to improve overall support and
service to customers in their
trade area.
Deere & Company has in place a
John Deere University EDUCATE
program for all John Deere
dealership employees.
In
order to provide customers with
the most reliable and up-to-date
information and service,
employees take classes similar
to attending for an associate’s
degree in college.
